Snowball Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup Butter (softened)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Confectioners’ Sugar
2 cups Flour
1/8 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup Pecans (chopped)
Directions:
First mix butter and vanilla, add rest of ingredients, and mix well. Form into 1″ balls. Bake at 400°F for 14-17 minutes. While still hot roll in confectioners’ sugar. Cool and roll in confectioners’ sugar again. Makes approximately five dozen.
