Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
2 T. flour
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can crushed tomatoes
10 flour tortillas
2 c. shredded cheese
Sauce:
4 cloves garlic [minced]
1\3 c. butter
1\2 c. flour
1 can beef broth [14 1\2 oz.]
1 can tomato sauce [15 oz.]
1 T. chili powder
1\2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Brown beef and onion. Add flour and seasonings; mix well. Stir in tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
In a separate pan, sauté garlic in margarine, stir in flour; gradually stir in broth. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Heat.
Pour 1 1\2 c. sauce into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread about 1\4 c. beef mixture down the center of each tortilla, top with 1-2 T. cheese. Roll up tightly place upside down on top of sauce. Spread remaining sauce on top of wrapped burritos.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes. Uncovered.
