Beyond Measure Market is currently hiring the following positions: ​

1. Bookkeeper Position – Beyond Measure Market & Mission to Amish People

Beyond Measure Market and Mission to Amish People are seeking either two part-time bookkeepers or one full-time bookkeeper to work on site at our ministry office in Savannah. This role manages daily financial activities using QuickBooks and supports our ministries through faithful stewardship. Applicants must have a heart for ministry and a minimum of one year of QuickBooks experience.

2. Assistant Manager:

The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for supporting the overall operations of Beyond Measure Market. This includes supervising staff, assisting customers, managing inventory, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently. The Assistant Store Manager helps with scheduling, payroll, register deposits, and POS system oversight, while also stepping into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable. A key focus of this role is to promote a positive team culture centered on integrity, service, and accountability. The position requires day, evening, and weekend availability, along with physical tasks such as lifting and standing. There may be additional duties assigned.

3. Deli Associate:

The Deli Clerk reports to the Deli Lead and is responsible for preparing, slicing, wrapping, pricing, and merchandising the department’s deli products. The Deli clerk is also responsible for preparing store-made items such as salads, party trays, sandwiches, entrees, dips, gourmet, and hot case items. The most important job of any team member is to provide outstanding counter customer service. Deli Associate will maintain general sanitation, food safety, and storage practices within store and health department standards. Duties include operating equipment such as a toaster oven, slicers, and knives as well as opening and closing the deli depending on the deli associate’s shift. There may be additional duties assigned.

4. Part Time Cashier

The Part-Time Cashier is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service to customers. This role includes operating the cash register, handling cash and card transactions, and assisting customers with questions or basic needs while ensuring a positive shopping experience. The cashier is also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, following company policies and procedures, and supporting overall store operations as needed. The most important job of any team member is to deliver outstanding customer service. There may be additional duties assigned.
