2 c. sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. fresh or canned pumpkin 2 c. flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt
Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 c. butter, 1 T. milk, 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, Mix well.
Topping: 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl beat eggs, add sugar, oil, and pumpkin. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes; apply icing while still warm. Sprinkle with nuts.
