Reuben Casserole


1 Cup Sour Cream

1 Large diced onion

1 Can or Bag of Sauerkraut, Drained

12-16 oz. Grated Swiss Cheese

8 Slices Crumbled Bread or Bread Crumbs

1 Can Corned Beef

1 Cup Melted Butter


Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix onion and sour cream. Spread in bottom of 9×13 inch pan. Arrange drained sauerkraut over sour cream. Crumble corned beef over sauerkraut. Put cheese over meat. Top with bread crumbs and drizzle butter over all. Bake for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
