Sausage Skillet Dinner

Ingredients:
1 lb. polish or kielbasa sausage cut into thin slices (1/2 inch)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 T. oil
1 1/2 c. water
1 can cream of celery soup (10.75 oz.)
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 package frozen broccoli (10-16 oz.) thawed
1 c. uncooked instant rice
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook sausage and onion in large skillet till onion is tender. Combine the water, soup, basil, and pepper. Add to skillet. Stir in broccoli. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5-8 minutes or till rice is tender. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serves 4-6 people.
